Paris: Airties, a global leader in AI-driven software that enhances the connectivity experience for internet service provider (ISP) subscribers, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bengaluru-based Aprecomm, a provider of AI-powered self-healing network and customer experience solutions.

The Airties acquisition is aimed at accelerating the company’s expansion across high-growth broadband markets while strengthening its portfolio of AI-driven Connectivity Experience Management solutions for ISPs worldwide.

The acquisition combines complementary product portfolios, research and development capabilities, and artificial intelligence expertise, enabling Airties to further strengthen its position in helping broadband operators improve Quality of Experience (QoE), reduce operational costs, lower customer churn, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, Aprecomm has established itself as a provider of intuitive, self-healing Wi-Fi and broadband network solutions for internet service providers.

The company’s AI-driven software enables ISPs to optimize network performance through real-time insights and automated optimizations that improve customer satisfaction while reducing operational expenses.

Today, Aprecomm manages connectivity for more than seven million homes and business locations and serves over 50 ISPs across the globe.

Following the completion of the transaction, Aprecomm will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Airties. The company will maintain its focus on delivering tailored connectivity solutions to its existing customers and the markets it currently serves.

Metin Taskin, CEO and Co-Founder of Airties, said: “Aprecomm is very well positioned in growth markets like India and Southeast Asia, so we now have an unmatched foundation to accelerate our expansion further across Asia-Pacific and into South America, two markets where demand for intelligent connectivity is growing at extraordinary speed.

“In addition, the acquisition is aligned with our vision of helping ISPs move to agentic AI platforms for the connected home, where the network autonomously anticipates, adapts and acts to provide the best broadband connectivity experience, lower churn and unlock new revenue for ISPs.”

The acquisition significantly expands Airties’ presence across emerging broadband markets, including India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, South America, and other developing regions where demand for intelligent connectivity solutions continues to grow rapidly.

According to the company, the transaction also enhances Airties’ AI capabilities by integrating Aprecomm’s expertise in self-healing networks and customer experience management, further strengthening its ability to serve internet service providers worldwide.

Aprecomm CEO and Co-Founder Pramod Gummaraj said the acquisition validates the company’s long-term vision of delivering intelligent broadband experiences.

“Joining Airties, the industry’s pioneer and leader in advancing connectivity experience, is a strong validation of the vision that has shaped Aprecomm from the start.

“Aprecomm was built with the belief that every service provider should be able to deliver a far more intelligent and reliable broadband experience. This combination gives us a broader platform to take that vision further and extend our impact across more markets globally.”

Airties Acquisition Strengthens AI-Driven Connectivity Portfolio for Global ISPs

The acquisition brings together complementary go-to-market capabilities that enable Airties to serve a broader range of internet service providers across developed and emerging markets.

Aprecomm’s software suite is designed to help service providers deliver intuitive, self-healing broadband networks and improve the in-home connectivity experience for subscribers.

The company’s AI-powered platform provides real-time analytics and automation that help operators proactively identify and resolve network issues before they affect end users.

One of Aprecomm’s key differentiators is that its product portfolio was purpose-built to address the economic realities and average revenue per user (ARPU) profiles of ISPs operating in developing markets. While focusing on affordability, the company continues to deliver significant improvements in broadband performance and home connectivity for consumers.

The acquisition allows Airties to complement these offerings with its own AI-powered Connectivity Experience Management Platform, which is already deployed by many of the world’s leading Tier-1 broadband operators.

The Airties platform enables broadband providers to optimize network performance, reduce customer churn, lower operational expenses, improve subscriber satisfaction, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships through AI-driven automation and analytics.

Its product portfolio includes Airties Home, Airties Pro, and Airties Multi, which are designed to support Tier-1 broadband operators across fibre, cable/DSL, and fixed wireless access (FWA) networks.

These solutions provide the scale, flexibility, and performance required by large broadband providers while helping improve connectivity experiences for millions of subscribers.

Guharajan Sivakumar, CTO and Co-Founder of Aprecomm, said: “This combination brings together Airties’ global reach and Aprecomm’s AI-native platform.

With our edge AI, cloud-native architecture, and vendor-agnostic design, we have a strong foundation to deliver smarter, more scalable connectivity experiences to service providers worldwide.”

According to the companies, maintaining solutions under both the Airties and Aprecomm brands will enable them to address a wider range of customer requirements and market dynamics.

The broader portfolio will allow the combined business to offer customized solutions for internet service providers of different sizes, operating environments, and broadband business models.

The acquisition is expected to accelerate Airties’ expansion across high-growth broadband markets, particularly in India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, South America, and other developing regions where demand for AI-driven connectivity management platforms continues to increase.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close later in 2026.
